Ditch Addiction-Phobias-Panic-Attacks

Hello Friend,

You are wise to have come this far.

It is estimated approximately 75-90% of doctor’s visits are due to stress related conditions*. This is no insult. It just means our emotions vastly impact our health…stomach knots and headaches from unique stress triggers, pounding heart from fears and phobias, frozen shoulder muscles from bearing life burdens (our own & our loved ones)…the list goes on…

You are not alone if you feel overwhelmed, or literally, like you’re going to die from reactions that rage out of your control. Read on and you’ll get a glimpse of what is happening…I share my own and others experiences.

The incredible effect of mind on body is manifested in panic attacks–**the adrenalin dump is multiplied 4-5 times the level of an actual heart attack! The famous football quarterback, Terry Bradshaw, is courageous to share about his experience with depression and anxiety attacks–some were so horrible, he would lay down on the field after a game and actually believed he would die! Personally, I used to suffer with the same symptoms–it is ‘horrific hellish fright’–leaving one feeling weak and helpless. Fortunately, I was able to escape by a synergistic mix of methods I share with my clients–nature’s way, without debilitating side effects.

Thankfully there is the positive side of mind-body connection which plays a vital role in healing. The most seasoned doctors and medical professionals are astounded at spontaneous remissions from life threatening conditions, like cancer…and orthopedic ‘miracles’ of crippled paralytics walking–against all odds. When given the optimal (freely available) catalysts, our beings have amazing abilities to heal!
